Stilwell Solar has been in business since 1981. We pride ourselves in offering our customers the highest quality products and services. We have installed over 25,000 solar systems in the SWFL area.Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops
- Lead a crew to complete a solar installation
- Correctly measure the roof and layout the solar system
- Conduct site assessments and understand engineered plans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation processes
- Test and troubleshoot solar systems to ensure proper functionality
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the installation process
Skills and Physical Requirements:
- At least two years of solar lead experience
- Ability to comfortably lift 35 pounds repeatedly and overhead
- Must be able to work on one and two-story roofs
- Climbing ladders, prolonged periods of kneeling or crouching
- Ability to read building plans
- Ability to use hand and power tools to install solar panels
