Job Description

Solar PV Installer, Florida Moss United States, Florida, Fort Pierce Apr 29, 2026 Solar PV Installer Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor, is currently hiring Solar PV Installers to support our growing utility-scale solar projects. If you are hardworking, have a positive attitude, and want to build a career in solar construction, apply today! This role focuses on the installation of solar panels (PV systems) in the field. Pay starts at $20/hour with opportunities for growth and long-term career development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install solar panels (PV modules) on utility-scale solar sites Perform general labor duties on solar project sites, including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. Assist with the installation and assembly of solar components as directed. Operate basic hand and power tools safely. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while following all safety protocols. Work closely with site leadership and crew members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
Experience with solar panel installation or construction Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8+ hrs a day. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat). Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. Pre-employment drug test required.
