As an installation team member in our installation operations, you'll ensure quality, teamwork, and uphold safety standards at every step. Duties Perform unpacking to final testing, ensuring all steps meet company standards and client expectations. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to verify electrical connections and ensure equipment safety and functionality. Conduct quality checks during and after installations to identify and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures, safety inspections, and equipment configurations. Perform proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and troubleshooting methods. Communicate effectively with clients to confirm installation requirements and address any concerns or adjustments needed. Experience Proven experience in installing or assembling fitness or commercial equipment is highly preferred. Technical proficiency with electrical Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure installations meet safety standards. Familiarity with electrical systems and basic troubleshooting techniques Experience driving 26 ft. box truck Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.
