- 25/hr based on experience, reliability, and performance Time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours Typically 5-6 days per week Approximately 8-12 hour days depending on workload and weather Bi-weekly pay Training provided Opportunity for top performers to be considered for future/year-round work What You'll Do Install and remove professional Christmas lighting and décor Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and around residential/commercial properties Load/unload materials and use basic hand tools Maintain clean, professional job sites Help keep installations on schedule What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to/from our Rockford shop or crew meeting location Applicants driving company vehicles must meet company insurance requirements Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Able to lift approximately 50 lbs Reliable, coachable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a crew Comfortable working outdoors in cold Midwest weather Available for longer days and some weekends during peak season Construction, roofing, gutters, landscaping, electrical, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required .
