This isn't stapling big-box lights to a gutter we run custom-cut commercial-grade displays, and our clients pay a premium because the work is flawless. We're hiring installers who take pride in that standard. What you'll do Install and remove custom-fit commercial LED lighting on homes Work from ladders and rooflines safely, using provided fall-protection gear Represent the company professionally on client property uniformed, clean job sites, courteous Work in a crew of 2-4 under a lead installer What we're looking for Reliable above all else. You show up on time, every time. Comfortable working at height (ladders, roofs) in cold weather Detail-oriented straight lines and even spacing are the job Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop Available October through mid-January, including weekends Construction, roofing, landscaping, or gutter experience is a plus — not required. We train. What we offer $20-$30/hour based on experience, with raises for performance Paid training day before the season starts Crew production bonuses on high-volume days All safety equipment, tools, and uniform provided 10-12 week season with heavy hours, this is a chance to bank real money fast Be honest with yourself: this is physically demanding outdoor work in November and December in Illinois.
