Blue Duck Christmas Lights is hiring installers for our upcoming season, starting in October and running through the end of January or early February. If you're comfortable with heights, enjoy working outside, like a little adventure, and aren't afraid of hard-working days, this could be a great fit. Construction, framing, roofing, or similar experience is a huge plus. This isn't a typical hourly job. Our installers are paid based on performance and receive a share of the revenue their crew produces each day. The harder and more efficiently your crew works, the more you can make. We expect strong installers to average approximately $25(low end)-$35+ per hour (more normal pay) throughout the season. Blue Duck is a locally owned and operated company - not a franchise.
