Solar Energy Solutions (SES) Louisville Kentucky is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing clean, sustainable energy to homes, businesses, and communities throughout the tri-state region and beyond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Duties:

Install, assemble, and mount solar PV racking systems, panels, and inverters Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry at the forefront of renewable energy technology.
