Various sites across New England Quick Job Summary We are hiring Carpenters, Handypeople, Deck Builders, and Skilled Tradesworkers (with basic woodworking, framing, or power tool experience) to join our installation crew for a 4-5 week project building outdoor temporary ice rinks across New England. You'll be working directly alongside our experienced Lead Installer to assemble subfloors, boards, and mechanical systems. High pay, hands-on work, and an immediate start in mid October. What You'll Be Doing Working with our Lead Installer to measure, layout, and assemble modular rink subfloors and dasher board systems. Framing, leveling, and securing heavy plywood, aluminum, and plastic rink components. Operating basic power/hand tools (impact drivers, circular saws, laser levels, drills). Working outdoors as part of a tight crew to complete setups safely and on schedule.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in Rough Carpentry, Framing, Concrete Formwork, or General Construction.
Teamwork:
Able to take direction from the Lead Installer, work efficiently, and stay focused on job safety.
Tools:
Basic hand tools. Having your own broader tool set is a plus!
Requirements:
Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in cold weather. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and punctuality.
