What You'll Do:

For Lead Installers:

Lead and mentor a team of solar installers, ensuring efficient, high-quality installations. Oversee and execute solar system installations, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Provide training and guidance to less-experienced team members. Ensure that all safety guidelines and best practices are followed at all times. Maintain excellent customer relations and represent Infinity Solar USA with professionalism and expertise.

Proven leadership experience in solar installation. Ability to manage projects, timelines, and team dynamics while maintaining high-quality standards.
