Permanent Lighting Installer | Performance Pay | Macomb & Oakland County MCMX Lighting installs permanent roofline lighting on homes across Macomb and Oakland County. Aluminum track, LED nodes, app-controlled

• up once, on for every holiday and every night after.

We're two years into remodeling in this market and launching lighting this season. We need installers who can work fast, work clean, and work on a ladder all day.

Pay:

$2.00 per linear foot installed, $2.50 on everything over 600 ft a week. A solid solo installer makes $1,000-1,500/week in season; a fast one clears $2,500. Guaranteed floor during your first two training weeks. You get paid for what you finish

• not for standing around.

What you'll do Mount color-matched aluminum track along rooflines, gables, and eaves Run and connect LED lighting, set up the controller in the garage, get the app working on the customer's phone Three to five jobs a week, mostly solo, some paired Photograph the finished house at dusk and leave a door hanger with the neighbors What we need Comfortable on ladders at roofline height, outdoors, all day, through December Your own hand tools, drill, and extension ladder

• we supply the lighting, track, and hardware Roofline, gutter, holiday lighting, solar, or window-cleaning experience puts you at the front of the line Own transportation, valid license, phone-competent (you'll be setting up apps) Show up on time, follow the install standard, take pride in straight lines Off-season work possible.

When lighting season ends, our property-management company often has maintenance and service work through the spring. Not guaranteed, but the good ones stay busy.

How it goes:

short phone call, then a paid ride-along on a real install. If it's a fit, you're on the schedule.

Pay:

$1,500.00
