Job Title:
Closet & Storage System Installer Compensation:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Job Type:
Full-Time Job Overview Are you mechanically inclined, handy with power tools, and looking for a steady, hands-on career? We are seeking a reliable Closet & Storage System Installer to join our installation crew. In this role, you will assemble and install pre-manufactured custom closet organizers, shelving, and home storage systems in residential job sites. This position is ideal for an individual with basic carpentry or assembly experience who wants to build a long-term trade with steady hours and paid on-the-job training.
Key Responsibilities System Installation:
Assemble, level, and secure modular closet components, shelving units, hardware, and accessories accurately.
Basic Modifications:
Accurately measure, mark, and make straight cuts on panels and shelving using standard job-site power tools.
Follow Layout Plans:
Review installation packets, component checklists, and layout drawings to ensure proper placement in each room.
Jobsite Care:
Protect customer flooring and walls during loading/unloading; leave every workspace clean, vacuumed, and debris-free.
Vehicle & Tool Care:
Safely operate the company installation vehicle and keep provided hand/power tools organized and maintained. What You Bring (Requirements)
Hands-on Experience:
At least 6-12 months of experience in general construction, modular assembly, maintenance, or basic carpentry.
Tool Comfort:
Working knowledge of basic power tools (drills, impact drivers, circular/miter saws, levels, tape measures).
Measurement Accuracy:
Solid ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16" and use a level properly.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently, carry materials up stairs, and work on your feet throughout the day.
Valid Driver's License:
Clean, insurable driving record to drive company fleet vehicles between job sites.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a positive, customer-friendly attitude. Bonus Points (Helpful, Not Required) Prior experience installing flat-pack cabinetry, closet systems, or retail fixtures. Basic finish carpentry or drywall patching experience.

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work van and core installation tools provided for all daily travel and job site work.
