Permanent Lighting Installer BE Permanent Lighting | St. Louis & St. Charles County $1,200-$3,000+ per week | 1099 Independent Contractor If you're good with your hands, comfortable on ladders and rooflines, and already have experience in an exterior trade, we can train you to install one of the fastest-growing products in the home improvement industry. BE Permanent Lighting installs premium permanent exterior lighting on residential homes throughout St. Louis and St. Charles County. We're looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in doing clean, professional work and want the opportunity to earn based on what they produce. You do NOT need permanent lighting experience. We will train you on our system and installation process. Experience in roofing, gutters, siding, electrical, low-voltage, solar, exterior construction, or similar work is strongly preferred. What You'll Do Install permanent lighting systems on residential homes Measure, cut and install aluminum track along soffits and rooflines Route and conceal low-voltage wiring Work safely from ladders and around residential rooflines Produce clean, professional-looking installations Provide a great experience for the homeowner What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already knows their way around a jobsite.
You should have:
Experience working with tools and exterior construction or installation Experience and confidence working from extension ladders Your own basic hand and power tools Extension ladders suitable for residential installation work A truck, van or SUV capable of transporting your equipment A reliable, self-motivated work style Attention to detail and pride in your finished work We'll teach you how to install our lighting system . We're looking for people who already have the basic trade skills and equipment to build from.
