Trimlight is a permanent exterior LED lighting system installed on homes and businesses for year-round architectural, accent, security, and holiday lighting. As an installer, you will work with our team to measure, prepare, and install custom lighting systems. Once trained and able to install independently, hourly pay increases to approximately $20-$25 per hour depending on skill level and experience. Experienced installers who are able to complete installations without a trainer may move into our per-foot pay structure, providing the opportunity to earn more as their skills and efficiency improve. We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Is comfortable working outdoors and at heights Can safely use ladders and basic hand/power tools Is willing to learn and follow instructions Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work Can work well as part of a team Is able to perform physical work, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working on ladders for extended periods If you enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and seeing the finished results of your work at the end of the day, we would love to hear from you.
