What You'll Do Project Execution:
Provide professional installation services for permanent roofline lighting systems on residential homes. Travel to project locations, review installation plans, and complete each installation with a high level of quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Project Leadership:
Coordinate the installation process on-site, collaborate with other installers as needed, and resolve installation challenges to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
Quality & Safety:
Perform work in a safe and professional manner while using ladders, lifts, tools, and other equipment. Take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment and delivering finished installations that meet Brytr's quality expectations.
Customer Experience:
Represent yourself professionally while interacting with homeowners. Communicate clearly, maintain a clean and respectful job site, and help create a positive customer experience throughout each installation.
What You Need Knowledge:
Consistent work history with a proven track record of consistently achieving goals. Two years of experience as a Roofing Installer, Crew Leader, Window Installer, Radon Installer, Construction Worker or similar role is highly preferred. Knowledge of basic construction, installation, and hand tools.
Skills:
Strong communication and rapport-building skills. Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to work safely and comfortably at heights. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot unexpected challenges in the field. Ability to read and follow installation plans, measurements, and job specifications.
Ability:
This role is based in Omaha, NE, and requires driving to job sites within a 60-mile radius. Valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check. Must provide your own vehicle, tools and be comfortable on a ladder. Independent Contractor Opportunity:
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing (if applicable), and work-related expenses unless otherwise agreed. Work is assigned on a project basis, and contractors maintain control over how they perform the services while meeting agreed-upon project specifications.
