The Role we are hiring for: This person will play an integral part in our gutter installations or repairs. They will complete projects on time and within budget, while maintaining attention to detail and safe conditions. To carry out their duties, our installers require skills and experience in general construction and proper gutter installation.

The Requirements needed:

You have technical knowledge and 3-5 years of gutter installation experience You understand the installation process and can effectively communicate with customers You can follow plans, but are confident in adapting and improvising as needed You are efficient with your time to meet deadlines The Skills you bring: Strong work ethic and drive-seeing the job through to completion with quality and accuracy You embrace our company values Confidence Assertive and decisive Intuitiveness Effective communication skills You are able to understand cause and effect and the impact decisions can make on others
