Our work includes residential installations, commercial solar projects, and system repairs/service, providing consistent, year-round opportunities. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer / Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Installer / Solar Technician with 3+ years of experience in both installation and service. This role is ideal for someone who can handle new installs and troubleshooting/repairs across residential and commercial systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial solar PV systems (roof & ground mount)
• Diagnose and repair issues in existing solar energy systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls
• Install racking, panels, and system components
• Ensure all work meets NJ code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Collaborate with team members and project managers
• Maintain a safe and organized job site Required Qualifications
• 3+ years experience as a Solar Installer, Solar PV Installer, Solar Technician, or Solar Energy Technician
• Strong knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems (residential & commercial)
• Experience with installations AND troubleshooting/repairs
• Electrical experience (inverters, conduit, wiring, disconnects)
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We're Looking For
