As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Solar Installer to join our team in New Jersey. Job Description As a Lead Solar Installer at EMT Solar & Roofing, you will play a vital role in our mission to promote clean and renewable energy. You will lead a team of solar installers and ensure that solar projects are completed efficiently and to the highest industry standards. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the success of our company and the reduction of carbon footprints in New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of solar installers in the field. Ensure the safe and efficient installation of solar panel systems. Manage and oversee project schedules to meet deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality control. Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior installers. Follow and promote safety practices and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience as a solar installer or in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and lead by example. Knowledge of electrical and solar systems. Understanding of relevant safety regulations and best practices. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors and at heights. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education is a plus). Pay:
