We are currently looking for skilled and motivated Solar Removal & Reinstallation Lead Technician to join our team and make a positive impact on the environment. Job Description As a Solar Removal & Reinstallation Lead Technician at EMT Solar & Roofing , you will play a crucial role in the re-installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations. If you're passionate about green energy and want to be part of a dynamic and growing industry, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Removal and reinstallation of solar panels. Inspection and repair of roof damage and/or leaks. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar panels and associated equipment. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the solar and roofing operations teams. Provide excellent customer service and answer any client questions. Keep accurate records of project details and maintenance activities. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technology advancements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education is a plus). Previous experience in solar installation or related fields is preferred. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Solar installation, removal & reinstallation experience. Roofing repair and leak inspection experience. Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
