Solar Installer Kamtech Solar Kamtech Solar is seeking reliable, hardworking Solar Installers to join our installation team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on residential rooftops, using power tools, performing physical work, and working as part of a crew to complete safe, clean, and professional solar installations. Responsibilities Install residential rooftop solar PV systems Install solar panels, racking, attachments, flashing, and related equipment Safely lift and position solar panels and materials on rooftops Perform roof layout and measurements according to approved plans Assist with conduit runs, wiring, equipment placement, and system installation Properly seal and weatherproof roof penetrations Follow plans, installation specifications, and company procedures Maintain clean and professional installation sites Take required installation photos and document completed work Identify and report roof, structural, electrical, or installation issues Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures Properly use fall-protection equipment, ladders, hand tools, and power tools Work closely with crew leads, electricians, project management, and operations staff Travel to residential installation sites throughout our service territory Qualifications Solar installation, roofing, construction, electrical, or similar field experience preferred Comfortable working on roofs and at heights Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry solar panels, equipment, ladders, and materials Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to follow plans and instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred OSHA and solar installation certifications are a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for installers who take pride in their work.
