We are seeking an experienced and dependable Solar Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and a willingness to work both on the ground and on the roof when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in solar service and maintenance Strong working knowledge of SolarEdge and Enphase systems Familiarity with both production and consumption metering Understanding of manufacturer communication systems for both SolarEdge and Enphase Ability to diagnose system issues and perform effective troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

Service, troubleshooting, and repair residential and commercial solar systems Create and manage RMA cases, ensuring proper follow-up through completion Climb and work on rooftops when required for diagnostics and repairs Perform system removals and reinstalls Install EV chargers Installation of structural work including collar tie and knee wall installation Operate equipment such as trenchers and complete trenching/backfilling as needed

Work Schedule:

Start time: 7:00 AM daily End time: When the day's work is completed Saturdays required as needed
