Las Vegas, NV Full-Time | Seasonal Project (2-3 Months) 8-Hour Shifts Job Overview uBreakiFix is hiring Field Installation Technicians for a large-scale Clark County school project involving solar and hub installation/disassembly throughout the Las Vegas market. This is a hands-on field position ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy active work environments, working with a team, and completing projects efficiently and professionally. Paid training, company vehicles, and all necessary equipment will be provided. Responsibilities Install and disassemble solar and hub equipment at school locations Load, unload, transport, and organize equipment/materials Safely climb ladders and work in active job site environments Drive company vans between project locations Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Work efficiently with team members and project leads to complete daily assignments Maintain professionalism while representing the company on-site Requirements Must be able to lift 40+ lbs consistently Comfortable climbing ladders and performing physical work throughout the shift Reliable transportation to and from work Valid driver's license preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Prior experience in installation, construction, warehouse, delivery, cable, solar, or field technician work is preferred What We Offer $18
