Residential Solar Lead Installer Responsibilities:

Installation of solar panels Building of roof racking for panels

Residential Solar Lead Installer Qualifications:

2-3+ years of experience as a Lead Installer, preferably in residential solar Residential solar installation experience Residential roofing experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience installing solar panels and roof racking systems Comfortable working on roofs with various pitches and heights Experience leading or supervising installation crews Comfortable using ladders and standard installation tools Able to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license Strong focus on safety, quality, and proper installation practices
