Installers build projects from the ground up: ground-mount racking and module installation, foundation/pile work, mechanical assembly, civil and survey support, electrical wiring and terminations, and balance-of-system work. Trades include foundation, mechanical, civil, survey, electrical, and commissioning (CX). New to the trade or a seasoned journeyman

• salaried) $110,000
• $165,000 / year Field and craft roles are paid hourly and depend on trade, experience, and licensure; Site Supervisor and management roles are salaried within the CM/PM range.

Director-level leadership is negotiated above the CM/PM band. Pay may be governed by prevailing-wage / IRA prevailing-wage & apprenticeship (PWA) determinations on qualifying projects. Field roles may receive per diem for travel.

Installers:

construction or solar experience a plus; willingness to learn; ability to do physical outdoor work

Electricians:

a Journeyman or Master license valid in Maine and/or Minnesota (see licensing note); PV experience and NEC familiarity preferred

Supervisors:

3+ years in solar / electrical / civil construction with crew leadership; OSHA 30

• Construction /

Project Managers:

5+ years managing construction (solar preferred); proven multi-project delivery; budgeting and subcontractor management

• Valid driver license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel between sites

Neither state grants reciprocity to New York licenses, so out-of-state electricians will need to obtain the appropriate state license. We welcome applications from locally licensed electricians in both states and can support qualified candidates through the process. Locations On-site at project locations across Maine and Minnesota. Travel between sites within a region may be required; Construction / Project Manager roles involve travel across both states. Field roles may include a per diem (above) for travel and lodging.
