Job Description
SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Merchandiser & Display Installer to execute in-store merchandising projects for major retailers. In this hands-on role, you'll implement planograms, complete resets, new store sets, and audits, and install product displays and signage to improve on-shelf availability and sales. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, traveling between stores, working independently while partnering closely with store staff and SAS leads. We provide paid training, consistent safety standards, flexible schedules, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory roles. Responsibilities Execute in-store merchandising projects for major retailers following detailed planograms and instructions Install, adjust, and maintain product displays, signage, and fixtures to company and retailer standards Perform resets, new store sets, audits, and continuity coverage to ensure on-shelf availability and correct pricing Stock, rotate, and front-face products to improve visibility and drive sales Document completed work with photos and reports using mobile tools or retailer systems Communicate with store management and SAS team leads to coordinate schedules, priorities, and project requirements Follow all safety, loss prevention, and store policies while working independently and as part of a team Travel between assigned retail locations within territory, managing time and tasks to meet project deadlines Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and implementation Fixture and display installation Product stocking and rotation Retail audits and resets Use of handheld/mobile reporting tools Time management Attention to detail Knowledge of retail safety procedures Basic data and photo reporting
