Solar Panel Installer We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to blueprints and instructions
• Use hand and power tools to secure panels, wiring, and mounting systems
• Ensure panels are properly aligned and connected to electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on panels as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a solar panel installer preferred but not required
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of electrical systems preferred
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Salary:

$1500 per month
