Roofing experience is a big plus, as much of the work involves climbing ladders, walking rooftops, and installing lighting along rooflines. As part of our team, you'll help install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights and permanent lighting systems on both residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Safely climb ladders and work on rooftops to install lighting. Troubleshoot and repair lighting during the season. Ensure each job site is completed with quality and professionalism. Maintain customer satisfaction during the season. Follow safety procedures at all times.Requirements:
Roofing, construction, or ladder experience strongly preferred . Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and team player mindset. Must have reliable transportation and ability to transport a ladder (Little giant 22ft).Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay: $18 - $30/hr (based on experience). Opportunity for return employment each year—and potential year-round work for permanent lighting installations.Schedule:
Seasonal (October - January). Full-time hours available, including some weekends. Flexible schedules can be discussed.Job Type:
