Experience Lead Installer :

For Solar Installers:
Install high-performance solar systems with precision and care. Assist the Lead Installer and team members with daily tasks to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform system inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Follow safety protocols and ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards.For Lead Installers:
Lead and mentor a team of solar installers, ensuring efficient, high-quality installations. Oversee and execute solar system installations, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Provide training and guidance to less-experienced team members. Ensure that all safety guidelines and best practices are followed at all times. Maintain excellent customer relations and represent Infinity Solar USA with professionalism and expertise.What You'll Need:
For Solar Installers:
Proven experience in solar installation. Comfort working at heights/on the rooftop. Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools for solar panel installation. Strong electrical knowledge with high and low voltage systems. A proactive and safety-conscious attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work.For Lead Installers:
Proven leadership experience in solar installation. Ability to manage projects, timelines, and team dynamics while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
