Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Residential Solar Installer to join our growing team in PA. Solar experience is not required ; we will provide all necessary on-site training. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

Assist with wiring, conduit installation, and panel work. Comfortable working on roofs Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently. Lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 lbs when required. Requirements Valid work authorization in the United States. Reliable transportation (vehicle required). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
