What You'll Do:

As an Experienced Gutter Installer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality exterior solutions for residential and light commercial customers. You'll be trusted to lead installations, maintain exceptional workmanship standards, and provide a five-star customer experience on every project.

Responsibilities include:

Fabricating and installing seamless gutters, downspouts, gutter protection systems, and fascia. Measuring, cutting, and installing K-style, half-round, and specialty gutter systems with proper pitch and alignment. Ensuring all installations meet high standards for appearance, performance, and water management. Interacting professionally with homeowners and property managers, answering questions and conducting final walkthroughs. Following strict safety procedures, including ladder safety, fall protection, and PPE requirements. Assisting with training and mentoring apprentice installers. Maintaining clean, organized job sites and properly caring for tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of gutter installation, exterior sheet metal, roofing, siding, or related exterior construction experience. Strong knowledge of seamless gutter systems, including K-style, half-round, and gutter protection products. Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at elevated heights. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to exterior construction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

OSHA 10/30

certification or ladder safety training is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
