M Certified Graphics Installer Location:

Installation Manager Join a National Leader in Large Format Graphics AMI Graphics is one of the nation's premier large-format print manufacturers, producing and installing graphics for professional sports, colleges and universities, motorsports, commercial businesses, retail environments, and special events across the country. We are seeking an experienced 3M Certified Graphics Installer to join our Ocala team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working on projects that are seen by thousands of people every day. As one of our installation specialists, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional installations while representing AMI Graphics with professionalism and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Install premium vinyl graphics, wall murals, window graphics, architectural films, fleet graphics, and large-format signage following 3M installation standards.
• Perform complex installations at commercial facilities, sports venues, universities, retail locations, event sites, and customer locations throughout Florida and across the United States.
• Install graphics on a wide variety of substrates using industry best practices.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, production files, installation layouts, and project specifications.
• Prepare installation surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and long-term durability.
• Operate ladders, aerial lifts, scaffolding, and installation equipment safely.
• Troubleshoot field installation challenges while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Work independently or lead installation crews on larger projects.
• Maintain installation tools, company vehicles, and equipment.
• Travel as required, including overnight travel.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and fellow team member.

Required Qualifications:

• C urrent 3M Preferred Graphics Installer Certification (Required)
• Minimum 1- 3 years of professional graphics installation experience
• Extensive experience installing: o Fleet graphics and vehicle wraps o Wall graphics o Window graphics o A rchitectural films o Large-format printed graphics o Commercial signage
• K nowledge of vinyl application techniques and 3M installation standards
• Ability to read installation drawings and production work orders
• T roubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A ttention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver's license for required travel
• Employer conducts motor vehicle record check
• Ability to travel throughout Florida and nationally when required
• C ustomer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working on ladders and aerial lifts
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely perform installations in a variety of commercial environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Avery Dennison Certification
• PDAA Certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Bucket truck or aerial lift certification
• Forklift certification
• Experience leading installation teams

Hours:

Full-Time, 40+ hours per week

Schedule:
