We specialize in solar and battery installations and work extensively with Third-Party Ownership (TPO) financing models , including PPAs, leases, and lender-funded systems . Position Overview We are seeking a Solar TPO Funding & Compliance Coordinator with hands-on experience working with GoodLeap, LightReach, and similar solar financing partners . This is not a traditional Project Manager role . While some project coordination knowledge is helpful, this position is primarily focused on financing compliance, lender documentation, and milestone management to ensure projects meet funding requirements and payments are released on time. You will act as the central communication point between sales, operations, field teams, customers, and financiers , ensuring all required documentation, photos, permits, inspections, and approvals meet lender standards. Key Responsibilities Manage Third-Party Ownership (TPO) lender requirements for solar projects Coordinate milestone documentation to ensure timely funding and payments Work directly with financiers such as GoodLeap, LightReach, Propel Review, organize, and submit required documentation including: Installation photos Site surveys Plan sets and revisions Permit and inspection approvals Ensure installations comply with lender-specific guidelines Verify quality and completeness of job site photos (electrical panels, meters, roof conditions, obstructions, property details, etc.

Support projects through all stages:

Design / CAD Permitting Installation Inspection Funding release Maintain accurate records in lender portals and internal systems Communicate regularly via email, text, and phone with: Sales teams Survey teams Install crews Engineering and design teams Permit departments Inspectors Customers Required Qualifications Direct experience with Third-Party Ownership (TPO) solar financing Strong working knowledge of GoodLeap & LightReach financing requirements Experience with PPA and lease-funded solar projects Understanding of lender-driven installation and documentation standards Ability to read and understand solar plan sets Knowledge of solar permitting and inspection processes Background knowledge of residential and commercial solar systems Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with modern computer software and documentation platforms Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working with solar plans and engineering designs Experience coordinating permit runs and on-site inspections Familiarity with Enphase, SolarEdge, and SunPower monitoring systems Energy storage (battery) experience
