Responsibilities Install solar panels and related racking systems on residential and commercial rooftops. Lift, transport, and position solar panels safely. Assemble and secure structural steel components for solar racking systems. Perform electrical pre-wiring for solar panels and related equipment (as applicable). Safely climb ladders and work on sloped roofs in varying weather conditions. Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical installation instructions. Maintain a clean job site, work truck, and warehouse. Adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) on every job site. Work under the direction of the Crew Lead or Installation Manager, collaborating with all team members. Interact with clients professionally and respectfully. Continuously learn about new solar technologies, equipment, and installation techniques.
