Clayco Electric and Solar is looking to find a motivated, talented PV installer to join out team. We are looking for a team member who is comfortable working of roofs, and has good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting multiple inverters and batteries Installing solar PV systems Complete site visits Installation of EV chargers Understand and read plans Installation of electrical and sub panels Maintain a safe and clean work environment Arrive at job site at scheduled time Act courteous and professional, respect the customer's home Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Five years of solar installation experience preferred, however, we are willing to train the right individual who may have the characteristics and skills we are looking for to fit in with our Clayco Solar team. We need someone able to lead, coordinate tasks and the ability to motivate the crew. A means of reliable transportation, whenever a company vehicle is not issued, a good driving record and experience towing a trailer.
