We're building a sales powerhouse—and we need a leader who's hungry to build, grow, and dominate. The Sales Manager serves as a key leader in driving company revenue and team performance. This role oversees the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring each member is equipped, motivated, and aligned to exceed individual and team targets across both solar and roofing divisions. They are responsible for executing strategic sales plans, tracking performance metrics, optimizing lead conversion, and maintaining consistent communication between departments. Utilizing CRM tools such as HubSpot and AccuLynx, the Sales Manager ensures accurate pipeline management and data-driven decision-making. In all tasks, the Sales Manager must demonstrate leadership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. They are expected to lead by example, foster a high-performance culture, and represent the company's values with integrity and professionalism. Through coaching, strategy, and execution, the Sales Manager plays a critical role in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the overall success of the sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will: - Lead a team of Sales Reps and Business Development Managers to exceed revenue goals Own and execute the sales strategy for multiple divisions (solar, roofing, etc.) Monitor KPIs, track performance, and coach team members to consistent improvement Oversee CRM usage and pipeline activity in HubSpot and AccuLynx Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales talent Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and fulfillment Host weekly sales meetings, set goals, and keep the energy high
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a sales leadership or management role Proven ability to lead a team toward aggressive performance goals Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills
