Pay & Opportunities Earn up to $25+/hour based on performance Paid hands-on training — no prior Christmas light installation experience required Learn Christmas light installation and permanent smart lighting Opportunities to develop specialized skills Potential for year-round employment Opportunities for growth within the company Job Responsibilities Depending on experience and project needs, responsibilities may include: Installing residential Christmas lighting Installing permanent smart lighting systems Working from ladders and at heights Assisting with landscaping projects Leaf removal and property cleanups Sod installation Drainage projects Loading, unloading, and preparing equipment Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following company safety and quality standards What We're Looking For We are looking for individuals who are: Dependable and punctual Hardworking and motivated Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working from ladders and at heights Willing to learn new skills Able to work well as part of a team Safety-conscious Positive and professional Proud of the quality of their work Experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, electrical work, Christmas light installation, or other outdoor trades is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
