No experience? That's okay. We're looking for hard-working individuals ready to learn. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to build a career in the solar and electrical trades. You'll work closely with our experienced solar crews and service department to: Load, carry, and stage equipment and tools Help prep job sites and trucks each morning Assist with solar panel, battery, generator, and EV charger installations Support customer interactions with professionalism and a helpful attitude Learn hands-on about solar technology, energy storage, and electrical services
