About Aurora Lighting Aurora Lighting installs premium permanent outdoor lighting systems for homes and businesses across Middle TN and Knoxville. Our work is clean, detailed, and built to last. We are hiring installers for the fall season and looking for reliable people who are comfortable working outdoors, using tools, and working from ladders. This is a great fit for someone with experience in construction, roofing, gutters, low-voltage wiring, electrical helper work, solar, Christmas light installation, or exterior home services. What You'll Do Install permanent outdoor lighting systems on residential and commercial properties Work safely from ladders and around rooflines Measure, cut, and mount lighting system Run low-voltage wiring Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional Load and unload tools and materials Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company install standards and safety procedures What We're Looking For Comfortable working on ladders and at heights Reliable, on time, and ready to work Basic tool knowledge Good attention to detail Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to lift materials and work on your feet Positive attitude and willing to learn Coachable and able to follow instructions Valid driver's license Experience That Helps Construction Roofing Gutters Low-voltage wiring Electrical helper work Solar installation Christmas light installation Exterior home services Landscaping or outdoor labor Handyman or remodeling work Compensation After completing training, installers can earn $45-$95/hr depending on install quality, production speed, reliability, and role. Top performers who work safely and independently can earn at the higher end of the range. Training Training is provided. New installers will learn our safety standards, installation process, product system, jobsite expectations, and quality requirements before joining field installs.
