Job Description

At Dazzl Holiday Lighting, we are hiring an in-house, full-time installer whose job will be to install our own permanent holiday lighting solutions that bring joy to hundreds of families year after year.
What you will do:
Mount color matched aluminum channel along the fascia line, set and secure the LED track, and run loom low-voltage wire Mount the controller in the garage. No panel work, no line voltage, no electrical license required Work off a ladder at roofline height for most of the day. Most days will be one to two single family homes Walk the homeowner through their app before you leave and make sure they are happy Help keep inventory straight-materials counted, stocked and pulled for the next day Keep your assigned vehicle clean, stocked and maintained

September-December (peak season): Monday -

$ 25/hour to start, W-2, paid drive time Bonus opportunities available Overtime available during peak season Who we are looking for: Good with people. You're at someone's home, on their roofline, and you're the only Dazzl person they'll meet face to face. That matters as much as the install. Confident with hand and power tools Comfortable on a ladder all day, in Texas heat Some installation background helps — low-voltage or landscape lighting, gutters, siding, solar, holiday lights, general handyman work. Not required. Teachable. We have a standard and a process, and we'd rather train someone coachable than un-train someone set in their ways.
