Job Description

We are looking for Electrical/Solar Technicians in your area! Envocore, LLC is an established national leader engaged in the engineering, designing and installation of energy-efficient systems. Our company designs and installs projects for a wide range of Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Government, Institutional and Retail facilities across the United States. This position may require travel. All candidates considered for this position must be willing to travel for work. Installer Responsibilities 1. Pre-Installation Preparation Arrive on-site with all necessary tools, safety equipment, and PPE. Review system design plans and verify layout with project manager. Conduct a visual inspection of the roof for any structural concerns or obstructions. Set up fall protection and safety barriers per OSHA standards. 2. Mounting System Installation Secure racking/mounting system to roof structure, ensuring proper alignment and spacing. Confirm all mounting hardware is torqued to specification. 3. Panel Installation Safely lift and mount solar panels onto racking system. Ensure panels are properly aligned and securely fastened. Perform visual inspection for any damage or defects. 4. Electrical Work Run conduit and wiring from array to inverter location. Install junction boxes, disconnects, and grounding as per NEC and local code. Mount and wire inverter(s) and connect to main service panel. Label all electrical components per code requirements.
