Job Description

We are looking for skilled electricians who take pride in their work, have strong electrical knowledge, and are experienced with residential solar installations. Interested applicants must be willing to meet the following criteria: Required qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician License Preferred qualifications Residential solar electrical experience OSHA 10 certification Willingness to continue learning PV solar installation requirements and best practices Responsibilities Perform electrical work for residential solar installations Read and interpret electrical plans and installation documents Install wiring and electrical components safely and accurately Troubleshoot electrical issues in the field Follow NEC requirements and all company safety guidelines Maintain 100% job site safety compliance Use required safety equipment at all times Arrive on time and prepared for each job site Maintain high workmanship standards on every installation What we offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off Company vehicle provided after the training period Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing solar company At least 1 year of solar installation experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and NEC requirements Ability to read electrical plans and follow installation guidelines Ability to work independently in the field Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and quality Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs Ability to carry tools and equipment up and down ladders Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
