Job Description

As a Solar Installation Crew, your team will be responsible for the installation of all roof components and electrical components for residential solar installations. This includes but is not limited to, mounting solar panels, running electrical wiring, and ensuring that all installations meet local and national electrical codes. Your crew will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible solar energy solutions.
Compensation:
Your crew will be compensated at a rate of $55 per panel installed (after
QA QC PASS
). The company provides all necessary materials for each installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Roof Installation:
Install solar panels and all associated roof components, including mounts, racking, and flashing, ensuring secure attachment and alignment.
Electrical Installation:
Complete all necessary electrical work, including wiring, grounding, and connecting solar panels to inverters, ensuring compliance with all relevant electrical codes.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for your crew and the homeowner.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest quality standards, with attention to detail and proper functioning of all components.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of each installation, including photos, diagrams, and necessary documentation for inspections and certifications.
