Earth Right is growing its in-house Operations team and is hiring two Solar Service Technicians . You'll keep our customers' solar, battery and EV systems running, and help our install crews when service is slow. Crews dispatch from our Lynchburg office to homes across Virginia. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair solar PV systems, inverters and battery backup systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, SolarEdge) Run service calls: troubleshoot, fix, document with photos and explain the work clearly to the homeowner Replace inverters, microinverters and components under service and warranty programs Perform panel detach and resets for roof work Monitor system portals and respond to alerts Represent Earth Right at AHJ inspections and correct any flagged items Assist with new solar, battery and EV charger installs as needed What You Need Electrical, solar or technical trade experience Comfortable on rooftops, ladders and in attics; able to lift 50 lbs Valid driver's license, clean driving record and clean background Reliable transportation to our Lynchburg office Live within about one hour of Lynchburg Willing to travel across Virginia with occasional overnights Nice to Have Solar PV service or installation experience Tesla, Enphase or SolarEdge experience Electrical license, NABCEP, or
