Sir Grout Gulf Coast is looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our tile and stone cleaning and restoration business. This is more than just another hourly job. What we're looking for: Dependable and always on time Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Detail-oriented with high standards Takes pride in producing excellent work Motivated to learn and grow Able to work independently and as part of a team Interested in developing into a leadership or management role Position details: Full-time and part-time positions available $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience $25 bonus for every positive online customer review mentioning your work Small independent jobs and larger team projects Most work is completed during normal business hours Occasional Saturday work opportunities Hands-on training provided Most jobs are inside Experience strongly preferred: Construction, restoration, or other hands-on trade experience Caulking and grout experience Experience working inside customers' homes or businesses Customer service experience Tile installation and repair Grout repair and replacement Experience preferred, but not required: Stone honing and polishing Marble, granite, travertine, or natural-stone restoration Employment requirements: Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Clean, professional appearance Reliable transportation If you are hardworking, honest, dependable, and interested in growing into a management position, we would like to hear from you.
