Landscaping Paver Hardscape Installer performs paver construction and installation, hardscape installation with block, stucco, flagstone, etc. for firepits, BBQ's, and outdoor entertainment areas. Landscape installation including poly irrigation, planting, low voltage lighting, water features, turf, and sod etc., within our Custom Residential landscapes. We are looking for hard working, motivated individuals who can work outside. A good attitude is a must! PERKS

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

The ideal candidates will have direct professional experience in paver installation for patios, driveways, sidewalks etc. Must be able to work at a fast pace and keep up with the pace of work and handle the heat. Experience using a variety of small tools such as picks, shovels, rakes, tamper, wheelbarrow, saws, mixers etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to level and lay paver patterns Ability to do paver cuts Ability to identify difference types of pavers and colors Ability to mix concrete to proper consistency and set borders Assist in sand and sweep finish after installation Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50+ pounds in pavers throughout the work day Must be able and willing to take direction and instruction Ability to lay block to build fire pits or BBQ's

• Valid Arizona Drivers' License and Ability to be Insured under Company Insurance Policy a PLUS!
• Bilingual a PLUS! Pay DOE
• base start is $20 for skilled workers on up depending on experience and abilities.
