Full-Time Responsibilities Include:
Install artificial turf including base preparation, grading, cutting, seaming, and securing turf Perform paver installations including excavation, base preparation, compaction, leveling, cuts, and finishing details Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, borders, and outdoor living areas Assist with demolition, excavation, and site preparation Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Ensure proper drainage, grade, and quality of finished installations Maintain clean and organized job sites Work with the team to complete projects efficiently and to company standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with artificial turf and paver installation preferred Strong knowledge of base preparation, grading, compaction, and paver layout Experience using plate compactors, saws, grinders, and other construction tools Ability to read basic landscape plans and follow project specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
