Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Trim Installer and bring craftsmanship and precision to every project! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing various types of trim work, including baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and other decorative or functional trim elements. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your attention to detail, technical skills, and passion for quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment. Our installers are paid piece work for each job. Responsibilities
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proper completion of the installation of assigned trim work. This would include the initial assessment and prep of all trim and the communication between yourself and the Superintendent on-site to ensure the job is completed to the builder's satisfaction. Make every effort to provide a clean and professional job site. Report progress and/or complications daily to Field Foreman & Project Coordinators. Assist with the training and safety of Installers with less experience on the job site. Practice all safety precautions to ensure the safety of yourself and others. Always notify Field Foreman and or site supervisor, if any unsafe situation arises on-site. Possess the ability to assess and problem solve any given complication that may arise on a job-site. The Installer is always responsible for the final completion of the job. Skills
REQUIRED
- Proven experience in trim installation or carpentry with a focus on detailed finishing work
REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of measuring, cutting, fitting, and fastening techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power saws, levels, and other relevant equipment safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for craftsmanship and quality control Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work at heights when necessary Join us in creating beautiful spaces through expert craftsmanship!
