Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchens and Bathrooms Remodeling Specialist, where you will play a vital role in transforming residential spaces into beautiful, functional environments. You will oversee remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute remodeling projects. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper material fitting and installation. Install building materials such as tiles, fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, and plumbing components according to specifications. Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for demolition, framing, tile masonry, plastering, caulking, and fixture installation. Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to blueprints, safety standards, and quality expectations. Manage construction management tasks including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines are met. Perform gutter installation and other exterior remodeling tasks with attention to detail and durability. Follow all safety protocols on-site, including ladder use and proper handling of electrical or plumbing systems. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met while providing excellent customer service throughout the remodeling process. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms remodeling projects. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, tile masonry, plastering, caulking, and fixture installation. Familiarity with construction estimating and managing project budgets is a plus. Skilled in using various hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices like tape measures with accuracy. Experience with construction site management including safety procedures and inspection protocols. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to interpret client needs into actionable project steps.
