ADA Installer / Bathroom Safety Installer (Experienced Only)

Blueprint Kitchen Bath Accessibility Design is looking for an experienced installer to perform in-home bathroom safety and accessibility upgrades. This is hands-on work installing grab bars, shower safety equipment, toilets, and other accessibility features in occupied homes. Most jobs are small to mid-size and completed within a single day. We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional work and can represent our company well in clients' homes. Responsibilities Install grab bars securely into framing (tile, drywall, and mixed surfaces) Install handheld showers, shower seats, and bathroom safety equipment Perform toilet replacements and minor bathroom modifications Ensure all work is clean, level, and professionally finished Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners Take before/after photos of completed work Requirements 3+ years hands-on installation experience (bathroom, tile, or remodeling preferred) Must have own tools and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and complete jobs without supervision Experience drilling tile and working in finished homes Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship Professional appearance and communication Compensation $350-$450/day for full-day work, based on experience, efficiency, and quality of work Initial jobs may be paid at a lower rate during the evaluation period Smaller jobs are typically paid per project (e.g., grab bar installs) Ongoing work available for reliable installers Opportunities to earn top-end pay based on performance What We're Looking For Someone reliable who shows up on time Clean, detail-oriented work Respectful when working in clients' homes Takes pride in doing the job right the first time To Apply Please send: Your name Years of experience Types of work you specialize in Photos of recent work
