Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled reconstruction technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and be able to work effectively on construction sites. This role involves assisting in the building process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to all safety regulations. Responsibilities 7+ years in construction, including drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, flooring, roofing, window replacement and demolition. Perform trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of buildings. Conduct construction painting to finish surfaces according to project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a construction laborer role is preferred required. Familiarity with trim carpentry, tile laying, floating floor, drywall, plumbing, roofing, electrical, siding, and construction painting is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
