Role:

Ultra Steam Carpet & Tile Cleaning is hiring a highly experienced Carpet & Tile Cleaning Technician who can perform at a professional level from day one. This is not a training position. Applicants without real, hands-on industry experience will not be considered. We are looking for someone who already knows how to handle carpet, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning, operate equipment properly, and complete jobs independently without supervision. You will be expected to deliver consistent, high-quality results and represent the company professionally at all times. This role starts part-time or near full-time, with the opportunity to move into a full-time lead technician position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform carpet, tile, grout, and upholstery cleaning at residential and commercial properties Operate truck-mounted and portable equipment correctly and efficiently Handle jobs from start to finish without assistance Drive company van to job sites Set up and break down equipment independently Maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicle Communicate clearly and professionally with customers Assist with light general labor tasks when needed Requirements (Strict): Minimum 1+ year of professional carpet and or tile cleaning experience required Must be able to perform services without training or supervision Must be confident using professional cleaning equipment Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Professional attitude and good customer communication skills

Pay & Schedule:

$20 to $25 per hour depending on experience Schedule varies based on bookings Monday to Friday required, some Saturdays as needed Bonuses and tips available Opportunity to grow into a lead technician role
